The kids

Here's the update on the kids.

Jeff - has "big" tooth coming in behind his baby tooth. He has a second row of teeth now. Sort of like a shark, which fits, since he's been swimming up a storm this summer. He started swim team about and month ago and I'm pretty sure he's going to be the next Phelps or Lockte. He loves it, and he's got a cute Coppertone tan line to prove it.

Nate - He's doing swim team too, and he's learning that since he's little and cute, and can get away with all kinds of silly things. He's still not swimming independently of his kick board, but I don't think it will be long before he builds of the courage. He tries new things every time we swim to test out his new found independence in the water. He's a brown little boy like Jeff, and I'm glad they both got their daddy's skin.

Gracie (Little Mae) - She has all kinds of personality. She has an overactive screaming reflex. If she's happy, scream. If she's sad, scream. If she's (add anything here), scream. She never seems to get a sore throat or anything. It's incredible! She's also starting to understand simple commands. She's also a climber. She found a way to get on the top bunk without using the ladder to get there. Crazy girl.

We love 'em. They are crazy, wonderful, energetic, helpful, loud, fun, entertaining, happy, cranky, adorable kids and they bring a lot of joy to our lives.
